• Delivery is available within Germany/US only.
• Estimated shipping time is 7 to 13 business days after dispatch.
Shipping is provided free of charge. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or force majeure.
5. Returns and Refunds
• You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original, unopened packaging.
• Returns must be initiated through our support team. A prepaid return label is included with every shipment.
• Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees are charged.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
